0) You hereby agree that in posting poetry on Cosmicpoetry.org, that it may be both copied and modified for the purpose of critical input and that this falls under the category of "Free Use" as per copyright laws.  Cosmicpoetry.org in turn attests that all poems posted here as original work by the author, are owned by the author and not by cosmicpoetry.org and other than for the purposes outlined above, may not be copied or reproduced without the express consent of the author.

1) These forums are free to use for all members.  If someone takes offence from comments (not critiques) made, than an apology is expected.  If an apology is not forthcoming in a forthwith manner, then  either the Ambassadors/Moderators, or the Site Managers (Syn and Brucefur) will step in to rectify the situation.  Once it reaches that level of concern, it is entirely possible that the offending party will be expelled, or severely reprimanded (i.e. given a LAST chance at redemption).

2) All members are expected to treat one another with respect, compassion, and human decency.  Personal attacks will NOT be tolerated for any reason, and said offender will be removed from the site forthwith and possibly without warning.

3) Comments on a persons race, gender, religion, person, or lifestyle will not be tolerated, and those offenders will not be given another chance without the offended party specifically asking for one on their behalf, and you will be permanently barred from the site.

4) It is our policy here that all people are treated with universal tolerance and that no one is made to feel uncomfortable being here.  That means that swearing at people, calling them nasty names, or being otherwise abusive will result in an immediate revocation of all member privileges.

5) Likewise, members who write posts that undermine the efforts of those offering up legitimate critiques that are aimed at helping the poet grow in their craft, may have their posts deleted by the Management, so that the commentary can remain focused.

6) If you don’t like a poem, DON’T bother commenting, because there is almost certainly bound to be someone who in fact does like, or relate to the piece in some fashion.  This does not apply to The Georgian Court-Skilled Quillz in so far as constructive criticism applies.

7) Please note that profanity (other than in the poems themselves) is not considered acceptable behaviour, and that any poems containing sexually explicit references MUST be posted in Filthy Quillz (18+), or they WILL be deleted (or moved) without notice.

8) You must comment on at least one other poem in Ink Blotz, prior to posting one of your own, or your thread will be closed by the moderators until such time as you have complied.
