Description:
Possibly the most unpleasant of Enshroudment cities, Roblyn's citizenry
are generally surly, bigoted and self-righteous, and the city's squat flat
buildings seem to reflect this attitude.
They constantly complain that they were by-passed during the phase in
which the Marvels of the Astro-Lab, the Veils of Mystery, and the Crypts were
built, and have never forgiven the She Who Sees for this over sight, despite
the obvious reasons for this being the case, such as the archaic little ferry
that is still the only way into the city, across the Murky River.
